We voluntarily follow, without membership obligation, the code of honour of the Federation of International Detectives and position ourselves in the lower range of the recommended fees. Please note: The specific hourly rate applicable to your case can only be provided after discussing all details relevant to the assignment. In most cases, however, you can expect €99 per hour. Unlike many competitors, it is important to us to follow a transparent fee structure.

Detective Costs Can Be Reimbursed:

In cases of legal relevance submitted to the courts, it is often possible to have the detective costs reimbursed by the party responsible for the problem, usually the target person. This again demonstrates the importance of conducting legally secure and court-admissible investigations. One thing is clear: if you initially pay €5 or €10 less per hour to an amateur investigator but ultimately cannot recover the detective costs in court due to investigative errors, you effectively gain nothing.

No flat-rate expense calculation – billing only for actual and necessary effort.

 

No postage or telephone costs – these are included in the hourly rate and are not billed separately.

 

No costs for the use of standard detective equipment – this is also included in the hourly rate. Only special equipment, such as a disguised surveillance vehicle, will be charged separately if required.

 

No additional charges for weekend or night operations – a fixed hourly rate seven days a week, around the clock.

 

Flat-rate offers are available on request and only for clearly predictable work effort. For certain commercial assignments, such as the recovery of missing property, a flat-rate solution is, of course, appropriate.

 

Upon conclusion of the contract, together with a deposit covering the assignment costs, and subject to creditworthiness, you can arrange an interest-free installment plan for the remaining balance. Naturally, this is without any additional fees.
